Fullsize pickup trucks are the worst offenders.
No matter how much you flash your lights or tailgate. No response.
Holy crap. Move the hell over. Your shit stinks just like everyone else's. Get down from there.
Even worse are the ones that tailgate people, but don't move over themselves when someone faster is behind them. Infuriating. lol

I've always found Toyota drivers to be the worst offenders.
I drive a full size truck, I'll move over for you. No light flashing or tailgating necessary. I like when there's people going faster ahead of me.

And I don't mind if some people drive in the left lane, just want them to yield to faster traffic when the time comes.

Pickup drivers aren't nearly the lane hogs that Prius drivers are. There's always some latte-sipping asshole in a Prius going 5 under the flow of traffic in the fast lane, oblivious to anything but their own carbon footprint.

Around me where trucks are everywhere they're pretty good about it. It's usually some person in a Corolla or T&C going 10 under on both sides of you so you're stuck...

They poke along in the left lane, until you pass them on the right, then they decide to speed up and start tailgating until you move over again and get out of their way.

The right line is the new passing lane, because no one is ever in it and people here don't understand those bigass signs every other mile: KEEP RIGHT EXCEPT TO PASS.

My pickup is in the right lane almost all the time, due to gearing. Also due to the speedometer drive going gaga and bouncing around from indicated 45 to 85 when the truck goes over 70.
I do move over if I'm passing someone, and I turn the right turn signal on as I go past the car I'm overtaking to remind the (Typically) BMW driver behind me that I do k ow they are there.

I prefer the folks that merge onto the freeway at 49 mph causing everybody behind them to check up, immediately jump two lanes to get to the fast lane and then cruise at 61.5. Thank you.
